Laser Welding vs Traditional Welding

TRADITIONAL WELDING

LASER WELDING

  • Very high heat input
  • Large material distortion and undercut
  • Moderate bonding strength
  • Requires polishing and finishing
  • Standard welding speed
  • Limited material compatibility
  • Complex to operate
  • Lower safety levels
  • Not environmentally friendly
  • No swing welding capability
  • Fixed spot width
  • Visible weld marks
  • Standard overall quality
  • Low heat input
  • Minimal distortion and clean finish
  • Strong bonding to base material
  • Little to no post processing required
  • Over 3 times faster welding speed
  • Works on steel, aluminium, copper and more
  • Simple and easy to operate
  • Improved operator safety
  • Environmentally friendly process
  • Swing welding capability
  • Adjustable spot width
  • Clean, nearly invisible welds
  • High precision and superior quality

Welding Thickness by Power Output

The welding capacity varies depending on the machine power level and material type:

1500W

Carbon Steel (N₂ / Ar): up to 4 mm

Stainless Steel (N₂ / Ar): up to 4 mm

Aluminium (N₂): up to 3 mm

Galvanized Sheet (N₂ / Ar): up to 3 mm

The machine comes standard with a single wire feeder.
If the customer requires a double wire feeder, an additional cost will be charged.

1.5kW welding machine supports both single and double wire feeding, operating on single-phase 220V 50/60Hz.

2000W

Carbon Steel (N₂ / Ar): up to 5.5 mm

Stainless Steel (N₂ / Ar): up to 5 mm

Aluminium (N₂): up to 4 mm

Galvanized Sheet (N₂ / Ar): up to 4 mm

The machine comes standard with a single wire feeder.
If the customer requires a double wire feeder, an additional cost will be charged.

A 2kW welding machine supports both single and double wire feeding, operating on single-phase 220V 50/60Hz.

3000W

Carbon Steel (N₂ / Ar): up to 8 mm

Stainless Steel (N₂ / Ar): up to 8 mm

Aluminium (N₂): up to 5 mm

Galvanized Sheet (N₂ / Ar): up to 5 mm

The machine comes standard with a single wire feeder.
If the customer requires a double wire feeder, an additional cost will be charged.

A 3kW welding machine supports both single and double wire feeding, operating on three-phase 380V 50/60Hz.

Operate anywhere with support for 30+ global languages, designed for international use.
